Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
